This is probably my best painted work to date, and including the research and sketches done on this, it has taken me roughly 3 weeks of painting for an hour every day. This was based off a dream I had when I was very little and still remember. The only thing different from my dream is the floating shapes of ice in the water, that was inspired by a researched artist for this piece by the name of Salvador Dalí. I will make 4-5 more dream paintings, as part of my school art projects that are to be centered around a theme. My theme is dreams.
